Further, your credit card number is encrypted before it is transmitted to PayPal system. Creative Stuff guarantees that your on-line transaction will be secure, and that your credit information will be protected. We restrict and limit access to customer information only to those employees of Creative Stuff, members of the Creative Stuff family of businesses, and trusted service providers who need it to carry out their business functions. We educate our employees about safeguarding customer information and preventing its unauthorized access, disclosure, or use. Creative Stuff will monitor and adopt, as appropriate, new technological improvements that are designed to aid in ensuring the accuracy and security of customer information. Whenever you see a product you’d like to purchase, simply follow the prompts and the item will be added to your shopping cart. From there, you can get back to the store to keep shopping or go to check out and pay, At check out you will have a chance to review and change your order, check your prices, see the shipping & handling charges, discounts and taxes (if applicable), and your final cost. After your approval, you will be prompted to provide your payment method and shipping information in order to complete your transaction. Please print your Purchase Order and Invoice for your records. You will receive an e-mail letting you know that your order has been finished and is ready for shipping.
You can purchase direct from Creative Stuff using PayPal Website Payments Standard where you can use your MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover or a PayPal account without ever leaving our site.
Creative Stuff is required by law to collect all applicable sale taxes (state and local), for deliveries made within the State of Florida. When you review your order during the checkout process, you will see the sales tax charges (if any) applied to the totals.
Your pieces will arrive in 2 to 3 days.
Refunds for Unwanted Products please read our RETURN POLICY carefully to avoid delays and unnecessary expenses. Once the returned item has been received and verified to have all original contents and packaging and confirmed to be free of damage, the refund credit process will begin. Please do not request a charge back from your credit card company during the return process. Due to the time it takes to resolve charge back disputes, it is usually better to be patient and wait for the return process to run its course. If a charge back has been submitted, we will not be able to credit you for your return until the charge back mediation process has been completed. This process can take up to 180 days.
Customers will be refunded via check from Creative Stuff. Refunds via check are typically
issued within 14 business days of final approval.
Items not eligible for refunds
Our pieces are inspected in several occasions, and are guaranteed to leave our facilities in perfect condition. Creative Stuff warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 15 days from the shipping date. Creative Stuff is not liable for misuse of its products. This warranty does not cover damage due to abuse, neglect, alteration or return shipping.
